Event Organizer Responsibilities

By signing up as an Event Organizer, you agree to the following:

  • You are fully responsible for the content you post on your event pages, including descriptions, images, videos, and links.
  • You warrant that the content posted does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
  • You agree not to post illegal content, including but not limited to:
    • Illegal activities or promotion of illegal acts.
    • Sexually explicit content.
    • Harassment, hate speech, or violent content.
    • Fraudulent or misleading information.
    • Any content that promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
    • Malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
    • Content that violates any applicable laws.

Content Liability and Indemnity

NextEvents.link does not review or verify content posted by Event Organizers. Therefore, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any content uploaded or shared by Event Organizers.

Event Organizers are solely responsible for the content they post and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextEvents.link, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the content they provide.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability incurred as a result of the content on an Event Organizer’s page.

Our Rights

  • Content Removal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content, event, or profile that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable without notice or reason.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account, including Event Organizer accounts, without notice or reason. Users may be banned for violating these Terms or for any inappropriate behavior that we determine to be harmful to our community.
  • Site Changes: We may modify or discontinue any part of the site or services without notice.

No Responsibility or Liability

Content Responsibility: NextEvents.link is a platform for Event Organizers to create and promote events. We do not take any responsibility for the content posted by Event Organizers, nor do we endorse any events listed on the platform.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NextEvents.link from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the site or the content you post.

No Warranties: NextEvents.link provides services "as-is" and without any warranties. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We disclaim all responsibility for damages arising from the use of our services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use NextEvents.link for any unlawful purposes or in any way that may harm the platform or other users. This includes, but is not limited to:

By creating an account and organizing events on NextEvents.link, you grant us permission to display your events page, including but not limited to your events, profile details, and related content, on our website's landing page, promotional materials, and other sections of the website. This includes but is not limited to marketing purposes, user showcase sections, and examples of profiles for promotional use.

We reserve the right to modify the display or presentation of your organizer page as necessary to fit the design and aesthetic of our platform. This usage will not alter the content of your events or profile, but will showcase them as part of our platform’s features.

If you wish to opt-out of having your organizer page showcased, you may contact us at any time.

Pricing Changes

NextEvents.link reserves the right to modify or adjust its pricing model at any time, including changes to subscription fees, payment structures, or other charges associated with our services. Should such changes impact existing users, NextEvents.link will provide an option for users to agree to the new terms or discontinue their use of the service before the updated pricing takes effect.
